We certainly know there is aluminum in vaccines, but you can ingest aluminum from sources you may not have even thought of.
One source is aluminum that can come from components in an ice maker. Older refrigerators may have aluminum alloy parts, like the arm that moves ice to the receptacle so that you can get ice in your glass.
