Did you know there are biolabs in South Carolina’s low country? They have ~10,000 primates used in medical research, often for federal contracts.

This week, 43 rhesus monkeys escaped from the Yemassee Alpha Genesis facility, a biolab with repeated safety lapses since 2014.

Alpha Genesis also operates Monkey Island, a research haven on St. Helena Island that was populated in 1979 with monkeys from Puerto Rico’s Caribbean Primate Research Center. After herpes virus B killed off most of the Puerto Rico monkeys, ~1,400 rhesus monkeys were moved here. Which researchers? Anthony Fauci’s NIAID of course.

We are told the 43 female monkeys are too young for experiments & have not been injected with any diseases. Let's hope they're not lying about that.
