The most important skill in life is to keep balance.
Be kind but don't let the people abuse you.
Trust but don't be deceived.
Be content but don't stop improving yourself.
مهمترين مهارت در زندگى نگه داشتن تعادله.
مهربون باش اما نذار ازت سو استفاده كنن.
اعتماد كن اما گول نخور.
قانع باش اما از پيشرفت خودت دست نكش.

"OPTIMISM"
As Hope, Optimism is very necessary and has a strong effect on our lives and actions...
Optimism is beyond Hope because being optimistic is hoping more...
Never lose that character in any walk of your life and surely you will hopefully achieve your goals.
Optimism gives you strength and confidence to work with your entire willingness.
Showing Optimism in your actions is like reaching the half of the way to get succeeded,
The other half in no longer far...
So...
Keep being optimistic and you're going to make it even better.

Always watch, always be aware, always watch yourself, watch how you react, watch how you think, watch the kind of thoughts that come to you, while the music is playing, while you're meditating. Be aware of all these things and the more aware you become the more you disappear.

Most of the time, our head is so full of thoughts that we have no space to listen to ourselves or anyone else. We may have learned from our parents or in school that we have to remember lots of things, we have to retain a lot of words, notions, and concepts; and we think that this mental stockpile is useful for our life. But then when we try to have a genuine conversation with someone, we find it difficult to hear and under- stand the other person. Silence allows for deep listening and mindful response, the keys to full and honest communication.
- Thich Nhat Hanh
