At age 17, the midfielder became both the youngest player to play for Bayern in the Bundesliga and the club’s youngest ever goalscorer.Along with Liverpool and Man City, there is further interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea - the latter of which actually had Musiala on their books between 2011 and 2019 before he opted to join Bayern as a 16-year-old.This form has notably led to interest from a number of top clubs in the Germany international’s services. Sources have confirmed to 90min that El Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona are keen to sign Musiala having monitored his progress for a number of years, while Premier League interest in the player is also significant.90min understands that Liverpool have been keeping close tabs on Musiala, while Manchester City are also ‘huge fans’ of the player.Neymar out with torn ACL (@Alhilal_EN)Neymar tore his ACL and his meniscus, which will likely keep him out for the majority of the season: The medical tests “NEYMAR ” underwent, confirmed the Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Meniscus tear injury in his knee, he will be going through surgery and then a treatment program that will be determined later..

Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League Photo by Robbie Jay Barratt - AMA/Getty Images Harry Kane vs. Erling Haaland, who ya got? The difference between Haaland and Kane might be something Bayern fans can relate to (talkSport)If there is one critique of Harry Kane’s game at Bayern Munich, it is his propensity for — sometimes — disappearing from his striker position to become more active in the build-up, which can put him out of position for scoring opportunities on occasion. Interestingly, Gary Lineker says that Kane’s desire to drop deeper is what make him — somewhat — less effective than Manchester City’s Erling Haaland as a striker: Ex-City star Richards brought up Kane dropping deeper and getting involved in play for England at Euro 2024, before highlighting Haaland is not interested in doing that, opting to stay high up the pitch instead. And Lineker believes this allows Haaland to be more profitable in front of goal. The former England striker said: “I thought it highlighted as well the importance of the way Haaland plays and plays so high. Because if he constantly spins behind, defenders will get nervous so they drop a little bit deeper.“Therefore, your midfield players will have more space behind. “Whereas if he did drop 20 yards into midfield, then he actually crowds it out more so there’s no space for those midfield players. So it’s very important.”And he thinks if Kane adopted Haaland’s positioning, he’d bag more goals. He continued: “I think we did talk about this in the summer with England, because Kane likes to drop. But if he can stay higher, then you can create a little bit of space in behind. I think he does that brilliantly and he’s that perfect striker where he’s patient enough. He doesn’t care if he touches it ten times or 50 times in the game. He cares about how much he touches it into the back of the net.”Lineker is echoing some of the critique Bayern Munich fans have had of Kane (who has been spectacular otherwise during his time in Bavaria). Should Kane eschew that willingness to help in the build-up?Cancelo taking the money and heading to Al Hilal (@FabrizioRomano)It appears as if João Cancelo is finally getting that move away from Manchester City that he has been wanting all summer: João Cancelo to Al Hilal, here we go! Germany v Portugal - UEFA Nations League 2025 Semi-final Photo by Sebastian Widmann - UEFA/UEFA via Getty Images Persistence and attention were key… According to a report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, Galatasaray was able to woo Bayern Munich star Leroy Sané with its persistence, consistent communication, and — most importantly — a lucrative offer: @GalatasaraySK were the club who invested the most in Leroy #Sané over the past 2–3 weeks. There were phone calls, meetings, and the written offer. Most recently, Al-Hilal entered the race with a big offer. Arsenal asked Sané to wait. Bayern submitted a modified offer worth around €15 million in total (€12–13m gross per year guaranteed, instead of €10m). Sané rejected all other approaches and informed Bayern of his decision to leave the club within the past few hours — as exclusively revealed. He is now on the verge of joining Galatasaray. Final steps. @SkySportDE David Ornstein of The Athletic offered additional detail: Galatasaray agree to sign Leroy Sane as free agent. 3yr deal worth up to €15m per year net not signed but in place once Bayern Munich terms expire. #AlHilal #AFC #Fenerbahce all keen + #FCBayern wanted renewal but 29yo chose #Galatasaray @TheAthleticFCArsenal had been dragging its feet, but surprisingly, no other English clubs seriously entered the fray for Sané.The winger probably never envisioned a move to Türkiye, but this will most likely be his last big contract and for his future, he had to assess what would be the best place to spend the next stage of his career. The latest edition of the Bavarian Podcast Works Show has dropped and we have a lot of say! In this episode, we close the book on the German national team and its disappointing performance in the UEFA Nations League Final Four (at least for now). We also discuss Bayern Munich’s quick work to secure Jonathan Tah and Tom Bischof for the Club World Cup, while also assessing the viability of Bayern Munich chasing Chelsea FC’s Christopher Nkunku and why that potential move might not be the perfect fit for what Bayern Munich needs.
