👉What is the difference between A1 and A2 milk?

In the proteins found in milk, a protein called beta-casein makes up 30%. Beta-casein is of two kinds : A-1 Beta-casein and A2 Beta-casein.
Regular milk mostly contains A-1 protein which may cause uneasiness and according to some studies, can increase the risk to many diseases.
A-2 protein milk is gentle on sensitive tummies and less likely to trigger symptoms associated with milk intolerance. A-2 protein is similar in structure to human milk which is why it’s naturally more digestible than A-1 milk. Research shows that A-1 protein milk causes many digestive issues. Moreover, A-2 milk is high in Omega 3 & 6, Vitamins, Calcium, Minerals, Iodine, Magnesium, antioxidant Beta-Carotene and many more.
A-2 milk has shown to have medicinal benefits. It is particularly essential during pregnancy and childhood. Research shows that milk from special breed cows with a different kind of protein called A-2 is not only nutritious but also easier to digest.

► चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान औसत मासिक जीएसटी संग्रह 97,100 करोड़ रुपये रहा जबकि 2017-18 में यह 89,700 करोड़ रुपये पर थी। जनवरी 2019 में जीएसटी संग्रह एक लाख तीन हजार करोड़ रुपये के आसपास रहने का अनुमान।
► नोटबंदी के बाद एक करोड़ से अधिक लोगों ने पहली बार रिटर्न भरा। नोटबंदी से कर आधार बढ़ा।
► सरकार के कालाधन रोधी उपायों और कदमों से 1,30,000 करोड़ रुपये का काला धन पकड़ा गया।
► कालाधन रोधी उपायों के चलते 3.38 लाख मुखौटा कंपनियों का पंजीकरण समाप्त किया गया। बेनामी कानून के तहत 6,900 करोड़ रुपये की घरेलू संपत्ति जब्त की गई जबकि 1,600 करोड़ रुपये की विदेशी संपत्ति जब्त की गई।
► भारत आज पूरी दुनिया के लिए अंतरिक्ष प्रक्षेपण का केंद्र बन गया है। गगनयान के साथ 2022 तक भारतीय यात्री अंतरिक्ष में पहुंचेगा।
► परिवहन क्षेत्र की क्रांति में ई-वाहनों के जरिये भारत करेगा विश्व का नेतृत्व। घटेगा प्रदूषण, देश की कच्चे तेल पर निर्भरता कम होगी और वह आत्मनिर्भर बनेगा।
► अगले पांच साल में एक लाख डिजिटल गांव बनाए जाएंगे।
► पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र का 2019-20 के लिए बजट आवंटन 21 प्रतिशत बढ़ाकर 58,166 करोड़ रुपये किया गया।
► राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा योजना के लिए आवंटन 32,334 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 38,570 करोड़ रुपये किया गया।
► पांच लाख रुपये तक की व्यक्तिगत आय को पूरी तरह कर से छूट दी जाएगी।
► चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान संशोधित व्यय 13.3 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 24,57,235 करोड़ रुपये रहने का अनुमान। अगले वित्त वर्ष 2019-20 के लिए इसके 27,84,200 करोड़ रुपये रहने का अनुमान।
► एकीकृत बाल विकास योजना के लिए 27,584 रुपये। केंद्र द्वारा वित्तपोषित योजनाओं के लिए 3,27,679 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित।
► पांच लाख रुपये तक की व्यक्तिगत आय पूरी तरह से कर मुक्त होगी और विभिन्न निवेश उपायों के साथ 6.50 लाख रुपए तक की व्यक्तिगत आय पर कोई कर नहीं देना होगा।

अंतरिम बजट 2019 : मुख्य तथ्य

► वित्त मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने केंद्रीय मंत्री अरुण जेटली के शीघ्र स्वस्थ और दीर्घायु की कामना के साथ की बजट भाषण की शुरुआत।
► पांच साल में भारत वैश्विक स्तर पर सबसे बेहतर निवेश स्थल बना।
► सरकार ने कमरतोड़ महंगाई की कमर तोड़ी।
► दुनिया की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ने वाली अर्थव्यवस्था बना भारत।
► राजकोषीय घाटे को कम करने में सफलता हासिल की। चालू खाते का घाटा नियंत्रित किया। यह 6 साल पहले 5.6 प्रतिशत की ऊंचाई से घटकर 2.5 प्रतिशत पर आया।
► दोहरे अंक की मुद्रास्फीति को नियंत्रित करने में कामयाबी मिली।
► दिसंबर 2018 में महंगाई दर घटकर 2.18 प्रतिशत पर आई।
► पिछले पांच साल में देश में 239 अरब डॉलर का प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश आया।
► शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में अतिरिक्त 25 प्रतिशत सीटें उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी ताकि कम ना पड़ें सीटें।
► मनरेगा के लिए 2019-20 में 60,000 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए जा रहे हैं।
► प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के लिए 2019-20 के बजट में 19,000 करोड़ रुपये का आवंटन।
► पिछले पांच साल में एक करोड़ 53 लाख घर बनाए गए।
► मार्च 2019 तक सभी घरों को मिल जाएगी बिजली।
► 2.6 लाख के पुनर्पूंजीकरण से सरकारी बैंकों की स्थिति ठीक की।
► हरियाणा में शुरू होने जा रहा है देश का 22वां एम्स।
► 10 लाख लोगों का इलाज आयुष्मान भारत के तहत हुआ। लोगों को करीब 3000 करोड़ रुपये का लाभ मिला।
► प्रधानमंत्री किसान योजना में दो लाख हेक्टेयर तक की जमीन वाले छोटे किसानों को 6,000 रुपये प्रति वर्ष मिलेंगे। तीन किस्तों में मिलेगा पैसा। पहली किस्त जल्द।
► बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, बैंक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र और ओरिएंटल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स को पीसीए के प्रतिबंधों को हटाया गया। बाकी बैंक भी जल्द ही नियमित व्यवस्था में आएंगे।
► किसानों का फसल ऋण 2018-19 में 11 लाख 68 हजार करोड़ रुपये हुआ।
► 75,000 करोड़ रुपये प्रधानमंत्री किसान योजना के लिए आवंटित।
► पिछले दो साल में कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि में सदस्यता में दो करोड़ की वृद्धि हुई।
► पिछले पांच साल में देश में 239 अरब डॉलर का प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश आया।
► महात्मा गांधी की 150वीं जयंती पर सरकार ने 98 प्रतिशत ग्रामीण स्वच्छता हासिल की। लोगों की सोच बदली।
► पशुपालन के लिए किसानों को कर्ज पर दो प्रतिशत ब्याज सहायता देगी सरकार।
► सभी किसानों को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
► ओआरओपी के लिए 35,000 करोड़ रुपये वितरित किए गए।
► पहली बार रक्षा बजट तीन लाख करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा।
► रेलवे के ब्रॉडगैज नेटवर्क पर मानवरहित क्रॉसिंग खत्म।
► पांच साल में एक लाख डिजिटल विलेज बनाने का लक्ष्य।
► कर संग्रह में पांच साल में उल्लेखनीय बढ़ोतरी हुई।
► कल्याणकारी कार्यक्रम चलाने के लिए की जाएगी कल्याण किसान बोर्ड की स्थापना।
► प्रधानमंत्री श्रमयोगी मान धन योजना के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित। संगठित क्षेत्र के 15,000 रुपये प्रतिमाह कमाने वालों को 60 साल के बाद 3,000 रुपये प्रति माह की पेंशन योजना दी जाएगी।
► आंगनवाड़ी आशा कार्यकर्ताओं का मानदेय 50 प्रतिशत बढ़ाया गया।
► गायों के आनुवांशिकी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राष्ट्रीय कामधेनू आयोग बनाया जाएगा।
► श्रमिकों की न्यूनतम मासिक पेंशन 1,000 रुपये तक की।
► सभी किसानों को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड दिया जाएगा।
► कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (ईएसआई) नियम के तहत पात्रता 15,000 से बढ़ाकर 21,000 रुपये प्रतिमाह वेतन की गई।
► राष्ट्रीय गोकुल योजना के लिए 2019-20 के बजट में 750 करोड़ रुपये का आवंटन।
► प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के तहत 15.56 करोड़ लाभार्थियों को 7.23 लाख करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज दिया।
► सिक्किम हवाई अड्डा खुलने के बाद 100 से अधिक ऑपरेशनल हवाई अड्डे हो गए। घरेलू हवाई यात्रियों की संख्या 5 साल में दोगुनी हो गई।
► मेघालय, त्रिपुरा और मिजोरम पहली बार देश के रेलवे मानचित्र पर आए।
► सरकारी उद्यमों की कुल खरीद में छोटे उद्यमों से आपूर्ति को बढ़ाकर 25 प्रतिशत किया गया। इसमें भी तीन प्रतिशत आपूर्ति महिला उद्यमियों के उद्यम से करने का नियम बनाया।
► रेलवे की योजनाओं के लिए 2019-20 में आम बजट से 64,587 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित। वर्ष के दौरान रेलवे का कुल पूंजीगत खर्च 1,58,658 करोड़ रुपये होगा।
► पिछले 5 वर्षों में मोबइल डेटा खपत 50 गुना बढ़ी। भारत में मोबाइल डेटा की मूल्य दर विश्व में सबसे सस्ती दरों में से एक।
► एक लाख डिजिटल गांव बनाने की योजना। पिछले पांच साल में 34 करोड़ जन-धन खाते खोले गए।
► भारतीय फिल्म निर्माताओं के लिए शुरू होगी एकल खिड़की मंजूरी व्यवस्था।
► पिछले वर्ष जितने भी आयकर रिटर्न दाखिल हुए। उनमें 99.54 प्रतिशत रिटर्न फाइल करते ही बिना जांच के स्वीकृत किए गए।
► आयकर विभाग को ऑनलाइन किया गया। आयकरदाता अधिकारी का आमना-सामना नहीं होगा।

👉 NDTV journalist Ravish Kumar has won the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award 2019.

Popularly known as 'Asia's Nobel Prize', it is among the highest honours in the region.

The award committee tweeted a list of recipients for 2019, saying that Kumar has been honoured for his “courage undaunted” while “harnessing journalism to give voice to the voiceless”.

Ravish Kumar has won the honour for his news show, Prime Time, which "deals with real-life, under-reported problems of ordinary people".

Kumar, 44, who is NDTV India's senior executive editor is one of India's most influential TV journalists, the award citation said.

The four other winners of the 2019 Ramon Magsaysay Award are Ko Swe Win from Myanmar, Angkhana Neelapaijit from Thailand, Raymundo Pujante Cayabyab from Philippines and Kim Jong-Ki from South Korea.

Established in 1957, the Ramon Magsaysay Award is named after former Philippine President Ramon Magsaysay who represented courage, integrity and idealism.

The award is given every year to individuals or organisations in Asia who manifest the same selfless service and transformative influence that ruled the life of the late and beloved Filipino leader.

Other Indian winners from the journalistic background who received the award in the past include Amitabha Chowdhury (1961), Boobli George Verghese (1975), Gour Kishore Ghosh (1981), Arun Shourie (1982) and Palagummi Sainath (2007).

Icons like Satyajit Ray (1967), MS Subbulakshmi (1974) and RK Laxman (1984) were also honoured with the award.
