BPMG, Kbank, and UAE-Based Changer Partner on Stablecoin Business Collaboration

BPMG, the developer of the blockchain platform GemHUB, announced that it has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kbank, Korea's internet-only bank, and Changer.ae Limited, a UAE-based digital asset services company, to collaborate on stablecoin-related business initiatives.

Through this agreement, the three parties aim to jointly promote innovation in digital asset–based finance and to develop financial infrastructure leveraging blockchain technology.

Key areas of cooperation include:
▲ collaboration on digital asset–related services and technologies
▲ joint review of stablecoin- and blockchain-based business models
▲ technical and regulatory considerations for cross-border settlement structures utilizing digital assets
▲ pursuit of new business opportunities by mutual agreement

This MOU formalizes a cooperative framework to establish a stablecoin exchange and remittance hub connecting Korea and the United Arab Emirates. As part of this initiative, the parties plan to launch pilot cross-border remittance services within the year through bank account–linked infrastructure.
In addition, BPMG plans to further expand its cooperation with Changer in an ongoing project in Thailand, which aims to build a stablecoin-based remittance system connecting Korean and Thai banks.

GemHUB Multichain Expansion and 2026 Token Unlock Schedule Updated

 As we prepare for global expansion and the construction of a robust multichain ecosystem, we would like to share an update regarding our 2026 Token Circulation Plan. This adjustment is designed to maintain a healthy trading environment while fueling our next phase of growth.

 According to our 2026 roadmap, GemHUB is initiating its multichain expansion, starting with the Base chain. To facilitate seamless cross-chain operations, we are currently restructuring our token management system.

 During this process, a portion of Kaia-based GHUB tokens scheduled for circulation in 2026 will be migrated to LayerZero-based multichain wallets. These assets will be utilized specifically for cross-chain operations and liquidity provision across different networks.

 Please note that the unlock schedule for 2026 has been adjusted to accommodate these multichain preparations. While the timing of individual unlocks has changed, the total planned circulating supply through December 2026 remains the same as previously announced.

 Approximately 10% of the total supply (1,200,000,000 GHUB) has been allocated for multichain expansion and operations. These unlocked tokens will not be immediately released into the open market; instead, they will be managed and deployed in stages according to our multichain liquidity and operational strategies.

In accordance with MEXC's own listing policy, GHUB trading support on MEXC will end on October 8, 2026.
