We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join a global fintech project focused on prime brokerage solutions for financial institutions
Responsibilities
• Prospecting and lead generation across target markets and industries
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
• Qualifying leads and identifying client needs
• Presenting complex fintech solutions in a clear, value-driven way
• Conducting product demos and sales presentations
• Negotiating and closing deals with long-term partnership focus
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
• Proven track record in B2C sales, experience with FX& CFD Industry .
• Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales methodologies
• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
• English level: C1 or higher
Work Format
• Remote, full-time, English-speaking team
Locations
Worldwide (candidates should be able to work within GMT+4 ±1 hour)
