As suggested by the Hipo community, we’ve added a new feature that lets you keep earning HPO boosted rewards while using your hGRAM in DeFi.

🔥 New Borrower Fee Mechanism: Buy & Burn HPO
One of the most interesting parts of Hipo’s smart contract is its permissionless validator selection.
Anyone can borrow staked GRAM from Hipo, participate as a validator, and return the GRAM + staking rewards after the validation round, keeping their committed validator fee.
We’ve now added a new borrower fee paid for each validation round.
And there’s another interesting part
Borrowers compete against each other for the right to borrow Hipo’s staked GRAM.
The validator that commits to returning the highest staking rewards wins the bid.
They can even commit to returning more than the network’s actual staking rewards; meaning the competition can directly increase the rewards received by Hipo stakers.
And this is happening right now.
For the next few validation rounds, current commitments imply an expected APY of around 22–33% for Hipo stakers. 🚀

Based on your feedback, we've lowered the minimum withdrawal amount for hGRAM Rewards to just 100 HPO!
This gives more users, especially those with smaller hGRAM balances, a better opportunity to level up in Hipo Club.
✅ How to Level Up
1. Claim your hGRAM Rewards at least once during the current season.
2. Hold the HPO you receive. Don't sell it!
3. Wait until the season ends, and you'll level up for the next Hipo Club season if you meet the requirements.
💎 A Few Things to Know
- Minimum withdrawal: 100 HPO
- Withdrawal fee: 1 GRAM per request
- Not ready to withdraw? You can wait until later in the season to accumulate more HPO before submitting your request.
- Leftover rewards stay with you: Any HPO remaining in your hGRAM Rewards balance will carry over to the next season. It won't reset!
