🙏 "When have You ever been absent, so as to need a proof to point to You? And when have You ever been far away, so that it is the traces (creation) that lead to You?" 

🤲 مَتَىٰ غِبْتَ حَتَّىٰ تَحْتَاجَ إِلَىٰ دَلِيلٍ يَدُلُّ عَلَيْكَ؟ وَمَتَىٰ بَعُدْتَ حَتَّىٰ تَكُونَ الآثَارُ هِيَ الَّتِي تُوصِلُ إِلَيْكَ؟

—Dua Arafah, Imam Husayn (as)

When were You absent, that I should seek a sign?
When all that is and was already speaks of the Divine.
What path remains where You have not already been?
What veil could hide the One unseen, yet ever seen?
When have You ever been distant from the wounded heart?
What soul has sought You and not found You from the start?
Indeed, closer than my jugular vein You remain—
My Beloved, Al’Tabeeb, Merciful Lord of Husayn..🤍🥀
