▪️With every passing time
Karbala’s lights sublime
Hussain took the trial
For God his life was filial

Tell every soul about Ashura
Why Hussain fought in Karbala
How his voice emanates this far
He was true for the Truth’s sake
Lest humanity be a fallen stake

Let every soul pray for the oppressed
While the brave fight those who transgressed
With everything we can do and offer
Unite, resist, do not differ, nor defer!

♨️ Let us pray for those affected in the recent Israeli (la) airstrike in southern suburb of Beirut. May Allah hasten victory and relief for all the oppressed.
