✅ Eid al-Fitr Prayer
▪️Eid Prayer
Eid prayer is a prayer which Muslims perform on Eid al-Fiṭr and Eid al-Aḍḥā after the sunrise.
The time of performing Eid prayer is from the sunrise to the shar‘ī noon of Eid day and if it is missed it has no qaḍāʼ (compensation). On Eid al-Fiṭr it is mustaḥab (recommended) to eat, give zakāt al-fiṭra then perform Eid prayer after sunrise.
▪️Way of Performing
Eid prayer consists of two rak‘ats. After Sūrat al-Fātiḥa in each rak‘at another sūrat from the Qurʼan is recited. After reciting sūrat in the first rak‘at, there are five takbīrs followed by five qunūts and in the second rak‘at, four takbīrs with four qunūts. Any supplications or prayers will suffice in the qunūts, like the other prayers, but it is better to read this special supplication:
اَللّهُمَّ اَهْلَ الْکبْرِیاءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ وَاَهْلَ الْجوُدِ وَالْجَبَروُتِ وَاَهْلَ الْعَفْوِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ وَاَهْلَ التَّقْوی وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ
O Allah the Lord of glory and greatness, and the Lord of magnanimity and omnipotence, and the Lord of pardon and mercy, and the worthiest of being feared and the Lord of forgiveness;
اَسْألُک بِحَقِّ هَذَا الْیوْمِ الَّذی جَعَلْتَهُ لِلْمُسْلِمینَ عیداً وَ لِمـُحَمَّد صلی الله علیه وآله ذُخراً وَشَرَفاً وَ کَرامَةً وَمَزیداً
I beseech You in the name of this day, which You have decided to be feast for the Muslims, and to be treasure and honor and more for Muḥammad (P.B.U.H. & H.H.) and his Household (P.B.U.T.)
أَنْ تُصَلِّیَ عَلی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اَنْ تُدْخِلَنی فی کُلِّ خَیرٍ أدْخَلْتَ فیهِ مُحَمَّداً وَآلَ مُحَمَّد وَ أَنْ تُخْرِجَنی مِنْ کلِّ سوُءٍ اَخْرَجْتَ مِنْهُ مُحَمَّداً وَ آلَ مُحَمَّد صَلَواتُک عَلَیهِ وَ عَلَیهِمْ
that You may send blessings upon Muḥammad (P.B.U.H. & H.H.) and the Household of Muḥammad (P.B.U.T.), and You may include me with every item of goodness with which You have included Muḥammad (P.B.U.H. & H.H.) and the Household of Muḥammad (P.B.U.T.), and that You save me from any item of evil from which You have saved Muḥammad and the Household of Muḥammad, may Your blessings be upon him and upon them.
اَللّهُمَّ إنّی اَسْألُکَ خَیرَ ما سَألَکَ بِهِ عِبَادُکَ الصَّالِحوُنَ وَأَعوُذُ بِکَ مِمَّا اسْتَعَاذَ مِنْهُ عِبَادُکَ الْمـُخْلَصوُنَ
O Allah: I pray You for the best of all that for which Your righteous servants have prayed You, and I seek Your protection against all that against which Your purified servants have asked Your protection.
When an infallible Imam is present, Eid prayer is wājib (compulsory) and it must be performed in jamā‘at (congregationally).
Eid prayer does not have adhān and ʼiqāma, however, it is mustaḥab that muʼadhin says for three times “al-ṣalāt”.
Imam of Eid prayer must deliver two khuṭbas (sermons) after Eid prayer; however, leaving khuṭbas is permissible during occultation.

🔹🔆 LADY FĀṬIMA’S (P.B.U.H) PRAYER 🔆🔹
﴿بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ﴾
﴾In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.﴿
﴿الحَمدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذي أذهَبَ عَنَّا الحَزَنَ إنَّ رَبَّنا لَغَفورٌ شَكورٌ﴾
﴾All praise belongs to Allah, who has removed all grief from us. Indeed Our Lord is All-forgiving, All-appreciative.﴿ (35:34)
﴿الَّذي أَحَلَّنا دارَ المُقامَةِ مِن فَضلِهِ لا يَمَسُّنا فيها نَصَبٌ وَلا يَمَسُّنا فيها لُغوبٌ﴾
﴾Who has settled us in the everlasting abode by His grace. In it we are untouched by toil, and untouched therein by fatigue.﴿ (35:35)
إلَهِي أَنْتَ الْمُنَى وَ فَوْقَ الْمُنَی،
O Allah! You are the Gracious, and more than gracious,
أسْألُكَ أنْ لَا تُعَذِّبَ مُحِبِّي وَ مُحِبِّي عِتْرَتِي بِالنَّارِ.
I ask You that You do not punish through the fire, those who love me and those who love my family.
