"Plans and coordinates the training for users of
applications.-Analyses the user problem or requisition, finding solutions,
transferring up-level problems.-Support applications and enterprise
operations with technical consultation and specialized programming to
resolve application issues through cooperation with respective parties.
-Having the ability to teamwork and being self-motivate.-Create / follow-up
the trouble tickets.-Update and create online knowledge base articles to
reduce support requests.-Tests and bug tracking.-Assists with software
evaluation, including installation, testing to ensure that the product is
ready for deployment."
