Ensure that their accomplishment is timely, proper, efficient and in compliance with design drawings, specifications and safety guidelines within the allocated budget.
• Ensure the conformity of site design with the Customer specifications.
• Project Preparations & Documentation Follow up and validate all documentations needed for construction.
• Ensure the follow up of Civil Works and guarantee the time expectation and specification of construction defined by the Customer.
• Validate and certify that the works done are compliant with the expectation and specification required by the Customer and ensure the handover to Telecom Integration team.
• Report on the quality of the subcontractor.
• Support site Acquisition team during the site survey process if needed.
• Support Telecom Integration team for any issues related to the Civil Works.
• Co-ordinate internally with other departments/sections in order to ease and facilitate the progress of all activities related to the Network Implementation domain.
• CW Material management, considering all task related to material ordering, PO issuance, Quality of suppliers, ...
