Job Description:
We are seeking Talented PM for telecom drive test project.
• manage the regional projects plans
• project monitoring
• collecting data
• Control cost, time and resources in order to update the project plan
• prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
• Support team for drive test activity and deliverable item to team according to time plan
• Responsible and follow running test in the field as methodology, scenario.
• Cooperate with external Organizations such as customer and Subcontractor that provide DT service for team.
• Follow up and responsible for daily field task.
• Investigate and Troubleshoot software/hardware issues with cooperate and source company to find solution.
• Follow up the team to ensure all delivery will be on time and accurate.
• Responsible for installation, configuration of Benchmaker II and related device such as Data servers.
• Support and responsible for hardware/software items
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experiences good knowledge of mobile networks
• Familiar with post process software (Nemo, Tems Discovery & Actix)
• 2G/3G/4G basic knowledge
• Drive test Knowledge
• Knowledge of Nemo software and LTE and VOLTE tests
• Drive test Equipment
• Familiar with Field Test KPIs and analyze results
• Familiar with Nemo Drive test Equipment
• Filed Drive test Experience
• Cooperative environment based on teamwork.
• Soft Skill (Microsoft Office, familiar with computer hardware and software
• Good communication and leading skills.
• Good skill to investigation to find technical solution related to field test
• Good knowledge and applied experiences of mobile (GSM/UMTS, WiMAX, IBS, Micro, 3G, LTE) sites.
• Good command of KPI procedures, Drive Test, RVTs, SSVR
• Good Knowledge of Huawei / Ericsson/Nokia Products.
• Full responsibility and accessibility during project
• Time management and budgeting skills
• Ability to team work
• Ability to critical thinking
• Highly developed interpersonal Skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking)
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
