Job Description:
We are looking for an agile, energetic and seasoned Project/Delivery Management professional to support and contribute to the people function for a workforce size of 50-75 employees.Responsibilities includes supporting all aspects of Project Delivery and ensuring Project success. Build the right rhythm among the teams to effectively delivery on Promise. Key Responsibilities:• Review customer orders, set priorities and agree schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals• Manage & Coach a Team of Project Managers Delivering CRs/Projects• Manage a delivery team (QC, Development, Deployment, Architects and Solution Consulting)• Keep Team on the right track and ensure common priorities• Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed• Keep stakeholders and senior leadership Informed with regular updates/Meetings• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery risks/issues in a timely fashion• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements• Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs• Serve as primary escalation Point and contact for customer inquiries and concerns• Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
