•Attending in the customer meetings
•Preparing all the necessary trackers in order to project controlling and customer reports
•Managing the resources and subcontractors
•Be committed and delegated on monthly targets
•Strong in negotiation with governmental organizations and creative in solving the problematic issues
•Following up the payment of land lords and subcontractors.
•Being in touch with all LL to be aware of latest situations
•Good in English,
•Perfect in Excel and Power Point
