- Proactive monitoring and working with Ericsson monitoring tools on trouble reports of network and expert in Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), 3G, 4G, LTE, and …
- provide network monitoring, incident response, communications management and reporting problems (24/7)
- ensure the smooth running of the network and services and follow-up tasks/issues due the specified SLA
- mitigate or resolve the incoming incident and support requests and escalate to appropriate teams as necessary
- ensure the smooth handoff of cases to other team resources, as may be required, for resolution
- support continuous improvement to monitoring services and internal processes for resolution of support requests
- working with team members across multiple geographical locations
- Site visit for the quality check
- Network health check
- Normal Troubleshooting and change implementation & support in network
- Ticket handling
Requirements
________________________________
- Preferably IT or related Computer BSc. (or higher)
- At least 2 years’ experience within the Network Operations Center environment with concentration on fault management, performance & capacity monitoring and configuration management
- Experience in system upgrades, expansions & health checks of the network
- Familiar with O&M and technical support workflow
- Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skill and interested in knowledge upgrading
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Strong commitment to exceptionally high standards in the work environment
- Good command of English
