There are a few openings for RF Optimization Engineers:
LTE optimization Engineers are required with the following requirements.
- Must know parameters to optimize clusters, review counters and KPI reports.
- Daily monitoring Key Performance Indicator of network based on hourly/daily counters
- Troubleshooting and optimizing of network, change parameters in order to improve the KPI
- Benchmarking for KPIs.
- Must have wide range of abilities to prepare a variety of reports, working with Excel functions,
and graphs.
- Analyzing drive test & data collected by drive testers, generating reports with recommendations.
- Event live monitoring.
- perform required modifications and KPI changes such as (not limited to): RSRP, RSRQ, RSCP, Ec/N0, RSSI,
RTWP, SIR, throughput, drop rate, handover parameters, Call setup Success rate, latency,
neighbors list, link budget, antennas azimuth and tilt.
- Technical support on Radio Network Performance (RNP/ RNO) issues and communication with
customers (telecom operators)
- RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio
network performance.
- Problem identification, organization, and resolution skills at an intermediate level.
Job Types: Full-time contract
Education: A minimum BSc in Telecommunications/Electronics or Computer Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience is needed.
