Arsha Fanavaran Ojan, based in Tehran, is a leading company in Fiber projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiber Project Manager to lead and manage our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee OSP and aerial fiber projects in.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing OSP and aerial fiber projects.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Exceptional team management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
