Job Description:
• IP Engineer is required for CISCO equipment configuration and maintenance (Switches, Routers)
• Professional in MCSE/MCITP in infrastructure level
• Expert in CCNP Switch and CCNP Route
• Expert in RAS and BRAS Configuration
• Main responsibilities: consulting, designing, supervision
• Interact with other IT engineers, team working skills, project management, Interested in studying and progress
• Develop methods to integrated different products
• Design, documentation and implementation
• Configure, monitor and maintenance services
Install and configure systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and other infrastructure systems.
• Install new or improve existing servers and configure servers, services, settings, storage, etc. in accordance with operational requirements in the company.
• Install new software applications, coordinating assistance from third parties when necessary.
• Add and maintain users on the network; assigning application access, ensuring security, and maintaining their configurations are within standards.
• Experience in HP server installations, Server Virtualization, Server Peripherals, Database technologies, Active Directory and other Microsoft services, Data back-up technologies, Familiarity with Firewall devices and security policies, Good knowledge in VoIP network design, Expert in UCCX scripting for advanced IVR(CRM integration and smart call routing and etc.), Extensive Knowledge on Cisco networking concepts(Switching and routing)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Certification: MCITP, CISSP, CCNP , CCVP is preferred
