We are looking for a talented person who is expert with ITIL concepts, main responsibilities are:- Designing,implement and deploying ITIL processes with manage engine SDP.- Monitoring and controlling the implementation of the above mentioned workflows.- Preparing reports based on ITIL workflows and KPIs.- Complete and comprehensive documentation of the ITIL process.- Certified in ISO/IEC 20000 with Microsoft SCSM.- Designing processes in ITSM .
