Your Skills And Experience
Key must-haves:

- Good working experience on 4G/5G systems (planning & optimization)

- Strong working experience on Huawei 4G & 5G parameters, counters and KPIs, features for at least 2 last years.
- Good technical understanding of network optimization
- In depth trouble-shooting capability from analysis of network statistics and drive test logs.
- Good overall understanding of telecommunications business and Huawei Networks solutions in mobile.
- Excellent presentation and consultation skills to make complex technical matters clearer to customer are necessary

L2 RF/WL engineer with minimum 3 Year experience, Be in charge of the product technical service, independently complete tasks, and provide work guidance for new employees
1) Understand the NE scope, KPI, pre-warning threshold, and problem escalation process required by the project, and the Cell/Cluster/network-level OSS KPI report type, time granularity, and report template.
2) Monitors the KPIs and resource capacity indicators of E2E NEs required by the project team, performs routine monitoring every day, identifies unfulfilled KPIs and their impact scope (based on the KPI warning thresholds required by the project), preliminarily filters and determines the problems, and provides warnings and upgrades in a timely manner.
3) Output various types of OSS KPI monitoring reports in a timely manner according to project requirements.
4) Engineering parameter check and maintenance, including engineering parameter table maintenance, engineering parameter table update, and antenna parameter check through the NMS or survey to ensure the accuracy of the engineering parameter table.
5) Basic RF analysis and optimization, including adjustment of antenna azimuth, downtilt, and antenna height, and analysis and optimization of cell parameters (neighboring cells and scrambling codes) to improve coverage, reduce interference, and improve KPIs, and generate optimization reports based on effect verification.
