Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager (RM) / Project coordinator to oversee our Microwave Expansion projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both microwave expansion and macro-level microwave tasks, with a strong familiarity with Irancell network infrastructure. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing teams and contractors, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and handling network management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee microwave expansion projects in the region.
- Manage and coordinate microwave-related tasks at the macro-level.
- Ensure adherence to Irancell network standards and guidelines during project implementation.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure efficient integration of microwave expansion.
- Handle network management tasks, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring high-quality work delivery.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and budget management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in microwave expansion projects and macro-level microwave tasks.
- Strong knowledge of IranCell's network infrastructure and operations.
- Experience in managing and coordinating teams and contractors.
- Familiarity with network management tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Note: This position requires in-depth knowledge of microwave expansion tasks, as well as familiarity with Irancell network. Candidates with a strong background in these areas will be given preference
