Job Description:
• Preparation of project rollout plan together with Project manager based on realistic lead-times.
• Ensure project resources are properly considered.
• Follow up subcontractor resources and prepare and implement corrective actions.
• Report the progress on a regular basis to Network Implementation Manager.
• Participate in interdisciplinary project progress meetings.
• Ensure that the subcontractors got all documentation in order to start the integration.
• Ensure the coordination with Logistic Department to avoid any delay to start the Works by providing the necessary requirements.
• Ensure the team gets appropriate tools for the team activity.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement function to get purchase order sent on time to the subcontractors.
• Be familiar with subcontractor’s terms and conditions to understand their rights and obligations at various phases of supply and project execution.
• Ensure coordination with Network Operation Department.
• Ensure the compliance of the Telecom Integration process.
• Follow up technical problems during integration.
• Report progress of works, productivity and performance evaluation to support decision making by concerned parties in a timely manner.
• Guarantee that safety rules relevant to the works to be carried out are applied by subcontractors and vendors, or third parties.
• Guarantee that Perform acceptance tests are done according to the approved procedure.
• Guarantee the audit final settlements to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications and standards.
• Guarantee that all the documentation needed for a proper handover to Operation & Maintenance is available.
• Define and set individual and collective objectives (KPI’s) for the team, cascaded down from the general department objectives, within the performance review process.
• Evaluate the individual and collective objective achievements (in consultancy with the department manager.
• Optimize and improve the team performance in terms of organization and sizing. Report to senior management specific training needs.
• Supervise and follow the team day-to-day activity, fix priorities and chose orientations.
• Organize and run regular team meetings to cascade information and collect information (issues, problems, difficulties) to report to senior management.
• Motivate and engage the team by regular communication and monitoring of the teams.
• Promote a positive working atmosphere within the team mediate and report conflicts to senior management when necessary
Qualification:
· At least 5 year relevant working experience in related field.
· BS degree in technical fields.
· Local candidate
· Familiar with Telecom fields.
· Local candidate.
· Proficient English.
· Good Knowledge of MS Pack Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc.).
· Process and Project Management.
· Subcontractor Management.
· Rigor & Organization.
· Leadership and people management skills
· Analytical & Problem Solving
