Job Description:
1.) Completion of monthly report targets.
2.) Distribution of logs among PP teams.
3.) Collection of reports from PP teams, checking reports for mistakes and make sure report quality is ok.
4.) Delivery of reports to project coordinator.
5.) Covering up urgent request reports and live support to customer.
6.) Solve report related queries.
7.) Experience in using Actix, Windcatcher, MapInfo, Nemo Analyzer for analysis of log files is important.
