Job Description:
• To manage rollout of projects as defined by customer, within agreed scope, quality, budget and time.• To manage risks, changes, reporting progress and stakeholders communication during implementation of the project.Task Complexity:• To implement guidelines of MTN Capital Project Management Toolkit and MTN Budget Management Toolkit• To engage with NWG and other MTNirancell stakeholders to ensure understanding of project requirements, with respect to budget, scope and timescale and quality.• To proactively support NWG and Procurement during negotiations with staff and subcontractors.• To develop and ensure implementation of project communication plan, agenda and schedule of meetings with staff and service provider or subcontractor.• To develop a reporting structure for project management meetings in order to manage scope, timescale, progress, actions, Quality, risks and challenges and ensure the meetings are documented and distributed to relevant stakeholders.• To organize and chair regular project progress meetings with staff and subcontractors .• Identifying, managing and escalating risks to project scope, timescale and budget.• To prepare regular project report to CEO when required.• To provide support to MTNirancell project management team with respect to required reports and information updates• To manage and ensure implementation of the assigned project with particular responsibility for the budget, scope, timescale, as contractually shown in the Project Implementation Plan and according to established project management principles. • To manage change to project scope and implementation plan and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders or departments.• To manage project quality and project acceptance issues to ensure delivery of the project based on agreed criteria and requirements by customer . • To Add the best and professional staff in all required departments . • Fluent in english language . • More than 10 years management experience with technical knowledge . • Salary : Negotiable Net Salary + SOAC Commission & PAC Commission . • PMP knowledge is Priority .
