Job Description:
must have qualification in telecommunication or electrical engineering, having knowledge and understanding the RF optimization and enough experience in 2G,3G and LTE log file post processing, analysis by Nemo windcatcher, Actix and Nemo Outdoor making recommendations. Drive test analyzer should perform analysis on logs , providing recommendations to improve the poor performing areas (poor coverage and quality areas) or main events such as drops, HO failure or low 3G/LTE THP areas and creating reports according to templates.
have experience in managing and lead the teams and follow every request from MTN.
rich the monthly target and follow the customer complain and urgent cases from MTN.
