Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of telecom sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site maintenance activities to ensure service quality, network reliability, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead telecom site maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on time.
Monitor site performance and implement improvements when necessary.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the telecom industry.
Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure and site maintenance.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
