Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Team leader (TL) to oversee our Rollout projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in RAN Swap & Modernization, microwave expansion and cleanup tasks, with a strong familiarity with Irancell network infrastructure. The Team leader will be responsible for leading field and office teams and contractors, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and handling network management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee RAN, microwave expansion and Cleanup projects in the region.
- Manage and coordinate all related tasks at the macro-level.
- Ensure adherence to Irancell network standards and guidelines during project implementation.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure efficient integration of expansion, Cleanup.
- Handle network management tasks, including troubleshooting and acceptance tasks.
-End to End follow up of Irancell Network acceptance procedures
- Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring high-quality work delivery.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and handle customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in RAN/microwave expansion, cleanup projects.
- Strong knowledge of IranCell's network infrastructure and operations.
- Familiar with Irancell Acceptance standards and procedures
- Experience in managing and coordinating teams and contractors.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Team Arrangement, Access Coordination, Permission Preparation, CR raising, familiar with SDM ,OWS ,AMP familiar with CR process , SMR raising(BSS,MW part) , Documentation (SSR,TSSR) , expert in office especially Excel ,
Good knowledge about Irancell Rollouts ( Modernization, Cleanup) Projects
Good in English
Gathering and preparing all the documents and reports of the Acceptance of the Project.
- Creating/Updating acceptance DataBase
- Updating related tools (SDM, AMP,OWS…)
- Following up with sub-cons to collect all needed docs for Site folders
- Approval collection from Customer
- Gathering Acceptance Certificates from Customer and Manage Service.
- Familiar with MTNI specification for Acceptance especially in PAT, PAC, FAT, and FAC.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-based environment.
Minimum one year experience.
