Job Description:
We are looking for a talentive, self-motivated and active person with minimum 1 year of experience as a Project_Coordinator for the job described below:
• Creating and updating Data Base and tracker for Project with essential items and milestones.
• Communicate and being aligned with customer and subcontractors
• Scheduling, assigning and following daily activities
• Preparing project progress report and update customer with the progress of the project on a daily basis.
• Cooperation with all the other teams in order to prepare accurate reports.
• To assist PM from beginning to end
• Responsible to control multi projects and develop the required project reporting.
• Project and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Excellent communication skills in both Persian and English.
Job Type: Full-time, 80% teleworking.
