We are seeking a dynamic supervisor with a passion for Aerial fiber, OSP, FTTH, router and OLT technologies. This role requires frequent missions both within Tehran and beyond, making it ideal for an adventurous spirit eager to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate telecom projects related to aerial fiber, OSP, FTTH, routers and OLT systems.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct missions inside and outside Tehran for project assessments and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and Customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customer to achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telecom projects, specifically with Optical Fiber technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site missions inside and outside Tehran.
• Familiarity with telecom industry standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
