The death of a parent when one is still a young child is incredibly difficult; and this is what an orphan is.

And despite this great difficulty that an orphan must face - and that too while still a young child - we as a community tend to ignore them and their rights.

What a pity, that despite the great calls of Islam to take care of orphans, we rarely even take them into consideration.
