experience in related industry.
• Experience in organization learning, knowledge
management and transformation of organizational
norms and values, design and implementation of
development strategy, technical and behavioral
competency frameworks, performance management,
training and development.
• Package circa QAR 30,000 per month

Performance Management Specialist
• Minimum of Bachelor's' Degree in HRM or any
relevant course with at least 8 years of experience in
related industry.
• Supports the Head of Talent and Development with
the design of Performance Management system.
Drives the implementation and administration of the
process. Trains employees on the technical and
behavioral competencies.
• Package circa QAR 9,000 per month.

Deputy Maintenance Manager
Engineering Degree plus 12 years of experience in
related industry.
• Manage dedicated maintenance and custodial
teams, assuring the quality of the service provided,
compliance with the technical requirements and
customer satisfaction.
• Package circa QAR 20,000 per month.
