Role and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the PnL of the assigned cluster/Branches.
2. Plan targets and manpower for branches.
3. Meet disbursements targets monthly.
4. Identify high-potential business clusters and execute penetration strategies.
5. Improve Manpower Productivity at all levels.
6. Monitor and mentor teams.
7. Track competition, report new products/market developments.
8. Manage bucket collection and overall portfolio management.
9. Ensure internal and external audit compliance.
