Responsibilities:
☑️Lead the design and engineering process for medium to large-scale building projects.
☑️Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
☑️Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
☑️Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and architects.
☑️Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
☑️Conduct advanced feasibility studies, cost analyses, and material evaluations.
☑️Oversee construction progress through site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.
☑️Implement innovative design and engineering solutions to optimize project performance.
☑️Prepare high-level project reports, presentations, and stakeholder documentation.
Qualifications:
☑️Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
☑️Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering or related fields.
☑️Proven track record of delivering complex building projects on time and within budget.
☑️Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other advanced design software.
☑️Strong knowledge of structural systems, MEP integration, and sustainable building practices.
☑️Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
☑️Ability to handle client interactions and represent the company professionally.
