☑️Location: Damascus – Mazzeh
☑️Working days: 5 days a week (Friday and Sunday will be alternatively) / 2 days per month will be working from home
☑️Working hours: Either from 8am to 4pm or from 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
☑️Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
☑️Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
☑️Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
☑️Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
☑️Lead and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
☑️Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or MBA.
☑️10+ years’ financial management experience, including at senior level.
☑️Professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) highly preferred.
☑️Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
☑️Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
☑️High level of integrity and decision-making.
☑️Language: English required.
