📍 المكان: حلب – ضمن مشروع تأهيل فرق تطوعية لإدارة الكوارث
✨ المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تنفيذ تدريب عملي ونظري في الإسعافات الأولية لمجموعة من السيدات المتطوعات.
- تطوير مهارات المشاركات في إنقاذ المصابين أثناء الطوارئ والكوارث.
- إعداد جلسات تدريبية تفاعلية تمتد 3 إلى 4 أيام.
- دعم المتدربات لبناء جاهزية واستجابة فعّالة بالتنسيق مع فرق الإنقاذ.
🎓 المؤهلات المطلوبة:
✅ شهادة جامعية في التمريض أو تخصص صحي ذي صلة.
✅ خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإسعافات الأولية أو التدريب الصحي.
✅ يُفضل خبرة سابقة في تدريب فرق نسائية أو متطوعين.
✅ مهارة في التدريب التطبيقي والتفاعلي.

✅ تنظيم وإدارة الجلسات التدريبية بفعالية.

📍 Location: Aleppo – within the project Training Volunteer Teams for Disaster Management
✨ Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in first aid for a group of female volunteers.
- Enhance participants’ skills in providing first aid and assisting the injured during emergencies and disasters.
- Design and deliver 3–4 days of interactive training that includes simulations and hands-on practice.
- Support trainees in building effective readiness and response capacities in coordination with local rescue teams.
🎓 Required Qualifications:
✅ University degree in nursing or a related health field.
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in first aid or health training.
✅ Previous experience in training female teams or volunteers is preferred.
✅ Ability to conduct engaging and practical training sessions.
🧩 Key Skills:
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to simplify medical information.
✅ Excellent organization and time management for training sessions.
