1. Previous experience in the same position, preferably in a hotel environment.
2. Excellent communication and guest service skills.
3. Very Good command of English
4. Familiarity with reservation systems and other hotel software “OPERA system “
5. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Professional appearance with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
