#SENIOR_INTERIOR_DESIGNER

we are seeking a strong designer who can independently develop projects from concept through detailed design and guide junior team members.

📌Key requirements:

• Strong concept development and space-planning skills.
•Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and interior detailing.
• Ability to prepare and review complete interior design drawing packages.
• Strong 3D design and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage assigned areas or projects and guide junior designers.
• Effective coordination with architecture, engineering, suppliers, and site teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

#SENIOR_ARCHITECT

We are seeking an experienced architect who can handle projects from design development through coordinated architectural documentation.

📌Key requirements:

• Strong architectural design and planning skills.
•Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Ability to prepare and review complete architectural drawing packages.
• Strong knowledge of materials, building systems, and coordination requirements.
• Experience coordinating with interior design, structural, MEP, technical, and site teams.
• Ability to lead assigned tasks and support junior architects.
• Strong technical judgment and attention to detail.
