☑️Job Title: #Operations_Manager
#Location: Syria (Damascus or Aleppo)
Key Responsibilities:
☑️Oversee daily operations across dark stores, procurement, and delivery network.
☑️Ensure consistent supply chain performance, inventory control, and timely deliveries.
☑️Lead procurement planning and supplier negotiations to secure best pricing and reliability.
☑️Identify and onboard new suppliers, especially for fast-moving and high-margin products.
☑️Monitor inventory turnover and reduce stock-outs or excess inventory.
☑️Supervise digital marketing activities in coordination with marketing team (ads, offers, customer loyalty).
☑️Track CAC, retention, and engagement KPIs to support GMV growth.
☑️Work with finance team to manage budgets, cash flow, and P&L tracking.
☑️Prepare regular operational and financial performance reports for the board.
☑️Contribute to pricing and discounting strategies balancing growth and profitability.
☑️Create a performance-based culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
Qualifications
☑️Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
☑️5+ years experience in FMCG, grocery retail, food distribution, or e-commerce.
☑️Proven track record in operations, procurement, and marketing.
☑️Strong financial literacy — able to read P&L, manage budgets, and forecast growth.
☑️Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
☑️Tech-savvy and familiar with ERP, logistics, and data analytics tools.
☑️Strong understanding of the Syrian or regional consumer market.
