📍 Job Details

Office Location: Damascus – Rawda

📍Project Locations:
Damascus: Abu Rummaneh, Al-Malki, Al-Mazzeh
Damascus Countryside: Yaafour

📍Project Types:
Hospitality projects, restaurants & hotels
Residential compounds
Luxury villas

📌 General Requirements:

-Relevant educational background.
-Proven experience in construction, real estate development, or site operations.
-Strong technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work on-site and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

📌Key Experience Required:

#Construction_Manager: 15+ years of experience, including senior site management experience.
#Mechanical_Engineer: 8+ years of experience in MEP systems.
#Architect: 8+ years of experience, mainly in #Shop_Drawings.
#Land_Surveyor: Previous experience in topographic and construction surveying.

📌 Final project location will be assigned based on interview evaluation and company requirements.

📌 Competitive salaries are offered. Transportation is provided for Yaafour project.
