☑️ Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks; optimize bundle sizes, lazy-load components, and implement code-splitting as needed.
☑️ Develop responsive, pixel-perfect UIs that adapt seamlessly across a range of devices, browsers, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
☑️ Actively research and advocate for emerging technologies in the React ecosystem; propose improvements to our stack (e.g., state-management libraries, build tooling, CI/CD enhancements).
☑️ Own front-end documentation—component libraries, style guides, and architecture diagrams. Contribute to and refine coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
☑️ Experience Level: 3–5 years of professional front-end development, with at least 2 years working extensively with React in production environments.
☑️ Deep understanding of React fundamentals (JSX, hooks, context, portals), component lifecycles, and state management (Redux, MobX, or equivalent).
☑️ Proven experience building and deploying applications with Next.js; strong proficiency in TypeScript, including typing React components, utility types, and integrating with build tooling.
☑️ Proficient in ES6+ features, asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), and module bundlers (Webpack, Rollup, or Vite).
☑️ Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS). Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (styled-components, Emotion) and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind.
☑️ Proven track record building mobile-first, responsive layouts. Solid grasp of accessibility best practices (ARIA roles, semantic markup).
☑️ Hands-on experience consuming and designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Ability to write clean data-fetching abstractions and handle client-side caching.
