Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Design, develop, and maintain a single Flutter codebase that serves iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
☑️ Build sleek, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces based on Material Design principles.
☑️ Integrate applications with backend APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
☑️ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
☑️ Develop and execute unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
☑️ Monitor and optimize app performance, addressing bottlenecks and improving responsiveness.
☑️ Guide and mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
☑️ Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
☑️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
☑️ Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2–3 years working extensively with Flutter.
☑️ Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
☑️ Demonstrated track record of delivering scalable, user-centric applications.
☑️ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies.

Key Competencies:
☑️ Proven ability to develop and ship production-level Flutter applications.
☑️ Strong understanding of cross-platform development challenges and solutions.
☑️ Deep knowledge of Material UI and responsive design practices.
☑️ Proficiency in Flutter state management and architectural patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
☑️ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
☑️ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively.
☑️ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
