Following the success of #EQM_Group in #Germany and the launch of EQM Express in #Syria, the company is currently expanding its operations and building a strong sales network across Syrian governorates.

A Sales & Marketing Manager is required to lead this expansion.

📌Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in Sales or Sales & Marketing in Shipping and logistics.
• Strong specialized experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Solid knowledge of road, sea, and air freight, in addition to express delivery, e-commerce shipping, B2B logistics, warehousing, distribution, and COD services.
• Proven experience in building and leading sales teams .
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Strong background in key account management, business development, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Fluency in English, with strong professional business correspondence and commercial communication skills.

📍 مناطق العمل:
دمشق – ريف دمشق – حمص – حماة – حلب – إدلب – اللاذقية – طرطوس.

📌المهام والمسؤوليات:
-إجراء زيارات ميدانية للشركات والتجار والمتاجر للتعريف بخدمات الشحن والتوصيل والحلول اللوجستية.
-شرح تطبيقات الشركة وآلية استخدامها للعملاء المحتملين.
-استقطاب عملاء جدد وبناء علاقات تجارية معهم.
-متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويل فرص التواصل إلى تعاقدات.
-تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة.

📌المؤهلات المطلوبة:

-خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات أو الترويج الميداني.
-وجود خبرة في خدمات الشحن والتوصيل.
-مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض.
-القدرة على شرح التطبيقات والخدمات الرقمية.
-معرفة جيدة بالأسواق التجارية في محافظة العمل.
-يُفضل امتلاك وسيلة نقل خاصة.
