Unlimited & Real Estate Development Company is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team.

📍 Job Details :

Office Location: Damascus – Al Rawda

Project Locations: Damascus (Abu Rummaneh, Al-Malki, Al-Mazzeh) & Rif Damascus (Yaafour)

Project Types: Hospitality projects (restaurants, hotels), residential compounds, and luxury villas.

Note: Project assignment will be determined after the interview

📍Key Responsibilities :

_Supervise and manage civil works on site (concrete, structure, infrastructure)
_Ensure execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and standards
_Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
_Monitor site progress and prepare reports
_Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
_Review structural drawings and resolve on-site issues
_Manage materials, labour, and equipment efficiently

📍Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision
-Strong knowledge of construction and structural works
-Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
-Experience outside Syria is a plus (GCC preferred)
-Good command of English
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Project Types: Hospitality projects (restaurants, hotels), residential compounds, and luxury villas

Note: Final project location will be assigned based on interview evaluation and company needs

📍Key Responsibilities
-Supervise architectural and finishing works on site
-Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
-Monitor finishing progress and prepare reports
-Ensure quality control for all architectural works (finishes, materials, details)
-Review architectural drawings and resolve site issues
-Ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications

📍 Qualifications & Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision (finishing works)
-Strong knowledge of architectural details and finishing materials
-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
-Experience outside Syria is a plus (GCC preferred)
-Good command of English
