🔧 Key Responsibilities:
For FRP Engineers :
Design and analyze composite structural components using laminate theory and composite mechanics
Perform finite element modeling (FEM) for validation and optimization
Integrate materials science , structural engineering, and design principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, durable solutions
For CAD Draftsmen :
Create precise 2D/3D technical drawings of metal parts used in bridge and lock systems
Ensure compliance with engineering standards (tolerances, surface finishes, layering)
Use tools like SolidWorks , Onshape , or other CAD software
Coordinate with engineers and project managers on design and production requirements
🎓 Requirements:
For FRP Engineers:
MSc or equivalent in Aerospace, Civil Engineering, or Materials Science
Strong knowledge of composites: polymers, micro/fracture mechanics, laminate behavior
Proficiency with FEM tools and composite design software
Creative, analytical thinker with a “composites mindset”
Background in aerospace or civil sectors is preferred
For CAD Draftsmen:
Formal technical drafting education (e.g., MBO or equivalent)
Mastery of professional 3D CAD tools
Solid understanding of mechanical parts and drafting norms
Detail-oriented, methodical, and persistent
Experience in infrastructure or maritime projects is a plus
