Dear Daughter,
The dove Noah sent out returned once with nothing, and the second time with an olive leaf β proof was coming, just not on the first try.
If hope hasn't returned to your marriage with proof yet, send the dove out again.
Persistence is what turns waiting into evidence.
'The dove came back to him⦠and in her mouth was an olive leaf' (Gen 8:11).
What hope have you stopped sending out because the first try came back empty?

Week 3: Caring for the Body and Resources
π¦ Q11 Commentary: The Original Cultural Commission
π― Correct Answer: A
β’ π The Scriptural Blueprint: Genesis 1:28 (ESV) states, βAnd God blessed them. And God said to them, βBe fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion...ββ
β’ π‘ The Theological Insight: Before humanity was given an ecclesiastical mission, they were given a global cultural mandate. To be fruitful, multiply, fill, subdue, and have dominion is the original, sweeping stewardship commission assigned to the bearers of the divine image. True dominion is not a license for reckless exploitation, but a high administrative responsibility to cultivate the earth's resources to display the wisdom, order, and glory of the Sovereign King.
β’ β οΈ Strategy Breakdown: Option C isolated a partial segment of the text ("rule and subdue every creature") but stripped away the foundational commands of multiplying and filling, making it an exact test of memory completeness.
β‘ Prophetic Proclamation:
The decree of dominion has gone forth from the beginning! The 45-minute gate is narrowing fast. If your ears can hear the ancient command of the Spirit, let your choice register before the clock strikes.

ποΈ Q12 Commentary: The Ultimate Mandate for the Physical Frame
π― Correct Answer: C
β’ π The Scriptural Blueprint: 1 Corinthians 6:20 (ESV) concludes with absolute authority, β...for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.β
β’ π‘ The Theological Insight: This stands as the ultimate, sweeping climax of Paul's body-theology. Because the transaction of Calvary legally transferred ownership of your physical frame to the Almighty, your supreme physical duty is singular: glorify God in your body. Every movement, every habit, every expression of physical health, and every boundary maintained is an opportunity to put the majestic holiness of your Owner on display before a watching world.
β’ β οΈ Strategy Breakdown: Option A masterfully imported vocabulary from Romans 6:13 ("instruments of righteousness") to see who can be enticed by an alternative, valid Pauline phrase that doesn't belong to this specific chapter climax.
β‘ Prophetic Proclamation:
The price has been paid, the transaction is finished, and the 45-minute fire is burning down. Will you stand frozen in the valley of indecision? Choose your allegiance clearlyβdeclare your stance right now!

October 21: Visions of Grandeur
#Devotional
Ezekiel 41:1β42:20; Revelation 20:7β21:8; Job 38:34β41
In times of struggle, a vision of grander glory is often enough to move us beyond our current circumstances. We find encouragement in glimpsing the vastness and power of Godβs plan.
When Ezekiel and Godβs people are weary and desperate for hope, God gives His prophet an unusual vision: He shows Ezekiel the templeβnot as it is, but as it should be. The temple symbolizes Yahwehβs presence among His people. It points them toward proper worship and life. It reminds them not only of who He is, but who they are meant to be. As we tour the temple with Ezekiel, we see that God intends to restore not only the temple, but also proper worship (Ezek 40:1β42:20).
John the apostleβs vision recorded in Revelation echoes Ezekielβs: βAnd I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea did not exist any longer. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husbandβ (Rev 21:1β2). This new Jerusalem, this new hope, promises restoration, revitalization, and reconciliation. Itβs more than just a structureβit is a way of being.
When Yahweh casts visions of this life restored, He shows His people that He cares deeply about His relationship with them. He will make it right. He will enact His plan through Jesus, the bridge and the reason why God can proclaim, βBehold, I am making all things new!β (Rev 21:5). This is our hope, now and always.
How do Ezekielβs and Johnβs visions of the future give you hope? How should your relationship with God change in light of this?

October 21 - Who Receives Spiritual Resurrection?
#LifeOfChrist
ββTruly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will liveββ (John 5:25).
Jesus begins this emphatic, unarguable declaration with the seemingly paradoxical statement βan hour is coming and now is.β The hour of the believersβ resurrection βnow isβ in the sense that when they βwere dead in [their] trespasses and sins . . . [God] made [them] alive together with Christ, and raised [them] up with Himβ (Eph. 2:1, 5β6). Yet the hour is still βcomingβ in the sense that the resurrection of their physical bodies is yet future (1 Cor. 15:35β54; Phil. 3:20β21).
This βalready/not yetβ sense of the phrase may be understood in another way. When Christ was present, He offered spiritual life to all who would heed His Word (6:37; Matt. 7:24β27). Yet the full expression of the new era He inaugurated would not come until the day of Pentecost (14:17). Both during Christβs earthly ministry and in the fullness of the Spiritβs ministry after Pentecost, the spiritually dead who heard βthe voice of the Son of Godβ would live.
Scripture frequently describes unbelievers as spiritually dead. To be spiritually dead is to be insensitive to the things of God and totally unable to respond to Him. Paul vividly described it as living βin the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and [being] by nature children of wrathβ (Eph. 2:3).
Rejoice in the amazing grace of God for making you alive together with Christ.
Ask Yourself
Try to define the ways youβre experiencing the first rays of eternal life even while bound in this time and place. How would your life be different if you were still spiritually dead, removed from the grace of God?
