The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Maria Lvova-Belova, Russian Commissioner for Children's Rights, and Vladimir Putin. This discredited court, controlled by Western elites such as Soros through their NGOs, acted on information provided by the media-academia-intelligence complex funded and managed by the US. Yale University's Humanitarian Research Lab, part of the Ukraine Conflict Observatory, set up by the US State Department plays a prominent role in the investigation, and so does the European Democratic Resilience Initiative (EDRI), an initiative launched by the Biden administration with $320 million in new funding to "support societal resilience and defend human rights in Ukraine and neighboring countries." Ironically, neither Ukraine nor the US are among signatories to the ICC. @LauraRuHK

"The more turbulent and unstable the world becomes, the more it is necessary for China-Russia relations to steadily move forward. Faced with a complicated international situation, China is willing to work with Russia to maintain peace, security and development, jointly build a global community of shared future, implement the BRI, promote the leapfrog development of pragmatic cooperation between the two countries, and continuously advance China-Russia relations for a new era. Regardless of how the international situation changes, the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era will inevitably move forward at a higher level." RUSSIA E MONDO ISLAMICO SEMPRE PIU' VICINI.

It turned out that back in 2011, Navalny Associates Inc (company number 0400427060) was set up in the USA to promote Navalny.
During that period, the "more-Ukrainian-than-Russian" was executing an order to destabilize Russia's political system in the run-up to the parliamentary and presidential elections. He torpedoed voters' trust in the United Russia party, which had helped our poverty-stricken and terrorist-ridden Fatherland to start the road to unification and avoid collapse.
Then, in the fall of 2012, Navalny reported in London https://youtu.be/udrdH4U6FqI on how he had screwed over naive hamsters by pulling the strings of their infantilism.

US Department of Transportation has prepared a draft order to ban Chinese airlines flying passengers to the United States from flying through Russia - RBC
The US Department of Transportation has developed a draft order to ban Chinese air carriers from flying to the United States over Russian territory, the document was submitted to the National Security Team and other White House officials, writes The New York Times with reference to three sources.
From the NYT; Because of the war in Ukraine, U.S. carriers have to take the long way on flights to and from Asia, giving an advantage to foreign rivals flying the same routes.
Restrictions on flights through Russian airspace have been proposed in Congress and among US air carriers for other countries, particularly India. However, according to The New York Times, the White House is "aware of the possible diplomatic consequences of taking steps against a long-time ally such as India" or the potential increase in tensions with Beijing.

Turkiye’s Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, met with his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, for official talks on Saturday, 18 March.
The meeting is deemed a vital step to mend political ties between the two countries and is the first of its kind in over a decade.
“In the meetings, all aspects of our bilateral relations will be discussed, and views on regional and international issues will be exchanged,” the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
During the joint press conference, Shoukry announced that his country is working to normalize relations with Turkiye and start a new phase of cooperation.
“We have solid ground, and we are confident that we will restore relations with Turkey in a strong way,” he added.
The Egyptian foreign minister also highlighted the desire to restore cooperation with Turkiye on all political and economic levels.
In addition, Cavusoglu said that his country is planning to exchange ambassadors with Egypt once again after Egypt expelled the Turkish ambassador on 23 November 2013 while recalling its own due to repeated criticism by the Turkish president following the ouster of Mohamed Morsi.
In a statement on Friday, Abu Zeid, the spokesman for Egypt’s foreign ministry, said that Cavusoglu’s visit marks “the inauguration of the path of restoring normal relations between the two countries.”
Following the devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Syria and Turkiye, Sameh Shoukry visited Turkiye’s Adana and Mersin provinces, the first time an Egyptian foreign minister visited Turkiye in over a decade.
In addition, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi expressed his condolences to the Turkish earthquake victims during a phone call with his President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and promised humanitarian aid and assistance.
On 20 November, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan shook hands with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on the sidelines of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Turkey’s state-owned Anadolu Agency reported that Erdogan briefly met with Sisi and other regional leaders, including King Abdullah of Jordan and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
In March 2021, Turkiye claimed to have resumed diplomatic relations at the level of intelligence and foreign ministries with Cairo; however, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry denied these claims at the time."

PUTIN'S FIRST VISIT TO DONBASS - After visiting Crimea to mark the ninth anniversary of the peninsula’s reunification with Russia, President Vladimir Putin made an unannounced working trip to Mariupol, the Black Sea port city which was liberated by Russian forces last spring and joined Russia as part of the Donetsk People’s Republic following a referendum in September. It was Putin's first visit to Donbass.
Putin arrived in Mariupol by helicopter and drove through several districts of the city, accompanied by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, multiple Russian news agencies reported on Sunday morning.
Putin inspected several social and educational facilities, housing and communal services infrastructure, medical institutions and spoke with local residents.

The 2nd International Parliamentary Conference “Russia – Africa” is taking place in Moscow. Over 40 official delegations from all over the continent participate in the event, with discussions ranging from Russian-African cooperation to Western neocolonialism.
The forum is just one link in a long chain of recent contacts between officials in Moscow and their African counterparts that will culminate in the second Russia-Africa Summit, scheduled for July of this year in St. Petersburg. Moscow hopes that the event will elevate its relations with the countries involved to “a new level of cooperation”. Based on recent meetings between Russian diplomats and their African counterparts, it is clear that the new relations will be marked not only by economic, but also military partnership. Moscow demonstrated its serious interest in the world’s fastest-growing region, Africa, at the end of the last decade. The first Russia–Africa Summit, held in Sochi in 2019, gathered representatives of all 54 African countries, with 43 states being represented at the highest level. Eight major integration associations and organizations also participated. Following the military offensive in Ukraine and the rupture of relations between Russia and the West, contacts with the Global South have become even more valuable for Russia. This is evidenced by Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov’s recent activity.
In the first months of 2023, he has already toured Africa twice. At the end of January, he visited several sub-Saharan countries: South Africa, Eswatini (Swaziland), Angola, and Eritrea. In February, he traveled around North Africa to Mali, Mauritania, and Sudan. Lavrov’s previous large-scale tour of Africa was in July 2022 and included Egypt, Ethiopia, Uganda, and the Republic of the Congo. (Source: RT) @LauraRuHK

US "too-big-to-fail" banks are gobbling up smaller financial institutes...thanks to a crisis that seemed engineered to help them. This system of crisis-prone, hyper-financialized capitalism is like a junkie. If it doesn’t get its regular fix of public sector help, it will simply collapse and die. And the public sector pumped trillions of dollars into the financial system under the guise of helping the economy survive after it had been battered by ill-advised Covid lockdowns. At the heart of the crisis is the gigantic pile of low-interest debt, about $4.2 trillion of it, that was issued during the height of the pandemic. https://thegrayzone.com/2023/03/15/covid-lockdowns-financial-crisis/
