💢 HUGE 🚨 Vucic and Zelensky have a verbal altercation outside of the second meeting of the European Political Community at Mimi Castle in Bulboaca, Moldova.
Zelensky uttered something to Vucic about the latter's negative comparison of Kurti to Zelensky.
To our left of Vucic is Dimitar Kovacski of North Macedonia with the chrome-dome, and Jacob Milatović of Montenegro with the blackish hair. To our right of Vucic is a man we cannot identify.
However, it is this man that attempts to reconcile the argument and 'move on'. You can see Zelensky's argumentative posture an his left arm movement. Vucic merely has to exist at 6'7" feet tall and, well, look at him.
The mystery man seems to succeed at getting the two men to walk into the event.
But Zelensky sarcastically keeps uttering something.
Mystery man then seems to go 'You can bark bark bark all day long little doggie, but are you gonna bite?'
You can hear the camera-men laughing at the altercation.

🇺🇦 Dozens of American M136 grenade launchers destined for Ukraine ended up in the hands of the Golfo drug cartel in Mexico
This is reported by Milenio Televisión television channel. According to them, the criminals simply re-purchased the weapons.
The US grenade launchers have fallen into the hands of drug cartels because of the thoughtless and uncontrolled supplies of weapons by Americans to the Kiev regime, the Russian embassy in Mexico has said.

US TV channel spreads fake news about drone attack on Moscow
The American TV channel Newsmax showed footage of a house collapse in Davenport, Iowa, passing it off as a drone attack on Moscow.
Why journalists were not confused, at least by a road sign in English near a destroyed building allegedly in Moscow remains a mystery.

Hydraulic walkers allow moving whole building to new locations
An 85-year-old primary school in Shanghai was lifted off the ground — in its entirety — and relocated using new technology dubbed the "walking machine." Now Instead of demolishing historic buildings, engineers can preserve them by fully lifting them.

Did you know that Ursula Von der Leyen proposed a "new Digital Services Act", in her 2019 bid for the European Commission's presidency? This is the same act that Thierry Breton, a member of Von der Leyen's team, is invoking to threaten Elon Musk with a complete Twitter ban in EU countries unless Twitter agrees to censor any content the EU Commission objects to.
The problem is not "disinformation" and certainly not "racist and xenophobic statements".
What the EU Commission would like to block are news and analyses that challenge or contradict its narrative, on any topic.
Twitter is currently deemed "dangerous for the EU" because information disseminated by some Twitter accounts is often reaching more people than mainstream media. Several independent media, and media funded by countries labelled "authoritarian" by the EU, have already been blocked by the EU, but their content is relayed by Twitter accounts. Among the most enthusiastic supporters of the Digital Services Act is Avaaz - the Soros-linked group even compared it to the Paris Agreement for climate change! @LauraRuHK

In a simulated test staged by the US military, an air force drone controlled by AI killed its operator to prevent it from interfering with its efforts to achieve its mission.
AI used “highly unexpected strategies to achieve its goal” in the simulated test, said Col Tucker ‘Cinco’ Hamilton, the chief of AI test and operations with the US air force, during the Future Combat Air and Space Capabilities Summit in London in May.
“The system started realising that while they did identify the threat, at times the human operator would tell it not to kill that threat, but it got its points by killing that threat. So what did it do? It killed the operator. It killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective,” he said, according to a blogpost.
“We trained the system – ‘Hey don’t kill the operator – that’s bad. You’re gonna lose points if you do that’. So what does it start doing? It starts destroying the communication tower that the operator uses to communicate with the drone to stop it from killing the target.” No real person was actually harmed outside of the simulation.

@LauraRuHK

Learning from China - Russia's economic management model in recent years has increasingly taken into account China's experience, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov told Vedomosti during Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin's visit to China. He named two principles characteristic of China's system which have begun to be applied in Russia.
Firstly, according to the minister, the planning horizon has been lengthened considerably. The period to 2030 is now seen as more of a medium-term horizon, with plans to address strategic issues being made to 2040-2045.
The second area to which the authorities are paying much more attention is demand monitoring. When there is a decline in consumption - both among the population and in the corporate sector - the authorities react quickly and compensate drawing from the budget.
"In recent years, we have become much less afraid of borrowing and have started to use budget deficits as a tool for economic development".
"On the one hand, we see all the results from China and this is something we have a great deal of respect for. On the other hand, it is important not to overinvest in infrastructure, but to invest also in technology development. These are often high-risk projects that need state subsidies," the minister explained.
Certainly, it is impossible to tell, that we borrow any elements from the Chinese model - to adopt it it is simply technically impossible, Reshetnikov has summarized: "We have our own institutes, own practice, principles. But we carefully analyse and take into account the experience of our Chinese colleagues".
The transition to new principles was completed last year, he said. According to him, the main change is the achievement of a qualitatively different level of coordination between the fiscal and monetary policies. The government and the Central Bank, he said, are now actually drafting their plans on the basis of a common goal: a sustainable increase in GDP while maintaining financial stability. Increased coordination, he said, was evident even from a superficial examination: at least the participation of the Central Bank chairperson or her deputies in the meetings of the government on economic issues has become a rule. Representatives of the Finance Ministry and the Ministry of Economic Development have begun to participate in meetings of the Central Bank's board of directors, although not as voting members. In addition, the President holds regular meetings with members of the government on economic issues, in which the Chairperson of the Central Bank traditionally participates. @LauraRuHK https://finance.mail.ru/2023-06-02/vlasti-adaptirovali-kitayskie-principy-upravleniya-ekonomikoy-56461053/

All eyes on Singapore - The 20th Shangri-La Dialogue, a key security summit in the Asia-Pacific, gets under way in Singapore from Friday to Sunday. The dialogue, organized by the London-based International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS), is expecting about 600 delegates from more than 40 countries and regions.
US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin will deliver a speech on Saturday, themed, "US leadership in the Indo-Pacific", which is rather tone-deaf in a region that has seen its share of US-style "leadership" and isn't impressed. Despite knowing the Shangri-La Dialogue is a platform dominated by Western countries to attack China, China comes anyway. Li's attendance at the Shangri-La Dialogue speaks for itself. It shows the PLA is willing to talk to regional countries, and jointly pursue Asia's stability, experts said.
China wants to keep its military communication with other countries open despite tensions with the US. During the event, China will have face-to-face bilateral talks with defense chiefs from a dozen countries, and military dialogues will be unfolded at different levels, not just between defense ministers. A fierce debate between China and the US will be inevitable. The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) delegation has attracted much attention, especially with the debut attendance of Chinese State Councilor and Minister of National Defense Li Shangfu at the Shangri-La Dialogue.
Li will make a major speech on "China's New Security Initiatives" on Sunday morning. Li's attendance at the Shangri-La Dialogue will be vital to expound China's vision on global and regional stability. China-proposed Global Security Initiative (GSI) for common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security is crucial to addressing regional and global security challenges aggravated by unilateralism and confrontations, experts said.
There has also been wide speculation on whether there will be direct communication between Li and his US counterpart Lloyd Austin at the event despite an official meeting is unlikely given the fact that the US had been constantly infringing on China's interests.
Li and US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin shook hands at the Shangri-La Hotel before the opening dinner, the first time the two have met since Li assumed office. But the interaction was limited to this gesture. @LauraRuHK https://www.globaltimes.cn/page/202306/1291865.shtml

#CGTNFirstVoice: Since 2002, #SLD has seen Western countries playing a leading role in the agenda setting of Asia's security. Under the name of sharing views on diplomacy, countries outside the region have been making waves in Asia.
In 2018, the U.S. announced it would sanction Li Shangfu. Till now, the U.S. has not lifted the sanctions. Worse still, it has intensified attacks against Beijing on issues concerning China's sovereignty. The U.S. has shown no sincerity in talks with China.
The essence of the U.S. Indo-Pacific strategy is to woo more Asian countries, contain China's development and maintain American hegemony. However, the U.S. has miscalculated its strategy.

Russia will not negotiate with terrorists who target civilians - Not even two weeks have passed since the previous attempt by Ukrainian troops to break into the Belgorod region. Yesterday it was repeated again. Some two motorized infantry companies, supported by tanks, tried to break through to Shebekino. Unlike the previous time, they failed to advance beyond the border.
When it became clear that they could not break through, they began massive shelling of Shebekino and other residential districts of the Belgorod region, and an attempt was made to launch a drone strike on the region's administrative centre. And judging by the way in which these actions were amplified on social media by the staff of the propaganda office, such a scenario had been considered in advance. Fortunately the local authorities managed to evacuate the area quickly, but at least 11 people were still injured.
Symbolically, on the same day the "What kind of Ukraine do we need?" forum was held in Moscow. Zelensky was not invited, but he apparently decided to give the right answer to this question.
We do not need any. As long as the current Kiev regime remains in power, there can be no negotiations. At the same time we must admit that Ukraine has come a long way in a year and a half. Nations are born in wars. And before our eyes, the Ukrainian nation is kneaded on the basis of Russophobia, hatred for everything Russian and for all Russians. And as long as Ukraine as a state has a potential even remotely comparable to the current one, Russia will not be able to exist and develop peacefully. Only with Ukraine liberated from right-wing radical ideas can Russia sit down at the negotiating table. But there is still a long way to go before that.
