WESTERN SMEAR TACTICS - The moment you discover that your picture was not just splashed over the pages of Corriere della Sera and similar rags, but was provided to Adult sites as well. According to Western "fact-checkers" i am an "agent of Russian disinformation" while Hong Kong separatists refer to me as a "CCP propagandist". And yet it seems that despite all the money i allegedly receive from Moscow and Beijing i also moonlight as a sex worker. Makes sense. π€£ @LauraRuHK

KYJEW? KYJIW? I am getting a bit confused π€£ Though Kiev has always been a Russian-speaking city, German authorities have made the decision to change its spelling from "Kiew" to "Kyjiw" to better reflect the Ukrainian pronunciation. Good luck. I bet most Germans will have a hard time spelling "YJI". But they need not worry: it's only a matter of time before the original name is restoredπ @LauraRuHK

Since 24 February 2022 Russian society has, for the most part, united and found a sense of purpose. State and private companies are restructuring their operations, and import substitution programs have been successfully implemented. Trade has been rapidly and extensively reoriented to countries that did not support Western anti-Russian sanctions and the economy is growing (3.6%).
In the minds of most Russians, the special military operation is clearly associated with the defense of their countryβs sovereignty and the liberation of territories that are historically Russian. Volunteers and patriotic organizations are driving change in all sectors of society. βͺοΈYulia Chicherina singing "Volunteer" at the Gala-concert "We don't abandon our own". 68% of Russians currently support a special military operation. This is evidenced by data from a VTsIOM survey.
As sociologists noted, in 2022 this position was held by 65% ββof respondents.
In addition, a new study showed that the vast majority of Russian citizens are convinced that everyone should contribute to the SMO. 72% of respondents were in favor of this.
Another 64% of respondents agreed that it is now necessary to live according to the principle βEverything for the front, everything for victory!β
4 out of 10 people call the goal of the North Military District to protect the country, disarm Ukraine, and prevent the deployment of NATO military bases on its territory. And every fifth person is sure: the main thing is to protect the residents of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye, and Kherson regions.
And 65% of Russians surveyed believe that the special military operation for the country is going well.

The CIA created a dozen secret spy bases in Ukraine near the border with Russia over the past eight years, with the Eastern European country becoming one of Washingtonβs most important tools for intel operations against Moscow. That's according to a New York Times expose published Sunday citing former and current officials from Ukraine, the US and Europe.
The intelligence "partnership" "took root a decade ago," and "has transformed Ukraine, whose intelligence agencies were long seen as thoroughly compromised by Russia, into one of Washingtonβs most important intelligence partners against the Kremlin today," the publication indicated. The 12 secret locations constituted "forward operating bases" from which networks of agents gathering intel inside Russia were run. The CIA is said to have overseen a training program known as 'Operation Goldfish' to train Ukrainian intel agents to assume fake identities and work to steal secrets in Russia, and to operate as "trained sleeper agents" to wage guerilla war against the Russian military.
American intelligence agents reportedly worked closely with Ukrainian personnel, including the chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, before his appointment to his current post. In addition, the CIA trained Ukrainian spies to operate in Russia, Europe, Cuba and other places where Russians are present.
According to the report, even after the withdrawal of most American government personnel from Ukraine in February 2022, US intelligence officers remained active in western Ukraine, passing on intelligence information, including where Russia planned to strike and what weapons systems would be used.
βWithout them, there would have been no way for us to resist the Russians, or to beat them,β the NYT cited Ivan Bakanov, former head of Ukraineβs domestic intelligence agency, the SBU, as saying.
The NYT said that since 2016, Ukrainians occasionally violated the terms of cooperation which Washington set out for them, "organizing assassinations and other deadly operations" which America supposedly disapproved of. The US threatened to withdraw support, but never did, according to the newspaper. The CIA and other US intel agencies' cooperation with and efforts to take control of their Ukrainian counterparts began almost immediately after the 2014 Euromaidan coup d'etat, with the post-coup government's new spy chief, Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, calling the Ukrainian CIA station chief and the local head of MI6, inviting them to tour the SBU Ukrainian spy headquarters and asking for assistance in rebuilding it "from the ground up."
Then-US CIA director John Brennan touched down in Kiev shortly after, telling Nalyvaichenko that US assistance would be forthcoming if Ukraine "could provide intelligence of value to the Americans" and purged the SBU of any suspected Russian spies within its ranks. (Source: Sputnik) @LauraRuHK

I won't upload the video (among other reasons, my Internet connection is too slow), but you can find it on X/Twitter. It is very distressing, as you can imagine.
Watching your government aid and abet a genocide is something that no one with a conscience can tolerate. Aaron Bushnell gave his life to denounce it. People, whose voices are unheard for too long, take desperate, extreme actions.
Israel, currently the most reviled country in the world, without US support would have ceased to exist a long time ago and by now there would be no apartheid, in Palestine all religious and ethnic groups would have the same rights, as they had for centuries. @LauraRuHK

@LauraRuHK https://www.corriere.it/esteri/24_febbraio_25/zelensky-grazie-dell-italia-ma-voi-molti-fan-putin-c90286d2-d41b-11ee-bdee-4e37b81d537c.shtml

At the 2024 Singapore Airshow, Chinese and Russian visitors were banned from visiting an Airbus A400M transport aircraft. A Chinese netizen named "Qianzhan Qifei" posted on Sina Weibo on Saturday that stationed in front of the A400M transport plane were soldiers from the German army and Airbus staff. They asked the passengers who were queuing up for the tour about their nationality and said that "Chinese and Russian nationals are not allowed to board the plane."
Another Sina Weibo user named "PLAN-DDG172" also posted about a similar situation, and said the German soldiers on board physically attacked him. He sent a letter of complaint to the organizer of the Singapore Airshow.
The Chinese netizen named "Qianzhan Qifei" said that he captured footage of Airbus staff violently driving him away in front of the camera.
There was also a video clip that went viral on WeChat, which was about an attendee asking the staff member whether Chinese nationals could go on board the aircraft, and the staff member said no. (Source: Global Times) @LauraRuHK

@LauraRuHK
